4. Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
5. Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.
6. Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
7. Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
8. Creating timelines and development goals.
9. Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
10. Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
11. Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
12. Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

What do you need to succeed?

1. 2+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms.
2. Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size
   companies.
3. Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development.
4. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery.
5. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, and
   ETL tools.
6. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
